OUR MISSION: Worship God, Share Jesus Christ, and Build Believers
Our Formation Pathway is a simple, intentional process that guides people from initial engagement to deeper spiritual growth. It helps turn “just showing up” into maturing in faith. Without a clear pathway, church involvement can feel scattered and growth can stall.
Here are the 5 priority Steps
SOLITUDE WITH GOD
After encountering the Gospel, nothing is more important than learning to spend time with God daily. Jesus said “Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit by itself unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in me…” (John 15:4)
PRACTICE: Regular time in Scripture, prayer, and meditation.
SUNDAY GATHERING
Christians are a corporate body united to Jesus by faith (1 Corinthians 12:27). Gathering on Sunday fosters worship, fellowship, mutual encouragement, and the preaching of God’s Word. Sunday is not merely a tradition — it is a sacred celebration of Christ’s resurrection and an essential rhythm for the people of God.
PRACTICE: Consistent worship attendance, singing, listening to God’s Word, and engaging with others before and after the service.
SMALL GROUPS (GOSPEL COMMUNITIES)
The early church thrived through community (Acts 2). Small Groups (and DNA groups) provide a place for authentic Gospel community, spiritual growth, and using our gifts together on mission.
PRACTICE: Join a group for meaningful relationship through sharing life, studying Scripture together, prayer, accountability, and encouragement.
SERVE GOD & OTHERS
God has gifted every believer with unique skills, passions, and abilities to serve Him and others. Using those gifts is an act of worship that builds the church and advances His Kingdom in our community. We also worship through generosity — faithfully stewarding our finances to support God’s mission and care for others.
PRACTICE: Discover and use your gifts through serving in the church, community, and everyday opportunities to love others.
SUPPLEMENTAL ACTIVITIES
Bible studies, (Men’s, Women’s, Encore Senior Adults), classes, mission trips, events, and other opportunities provide additional ways to grow in Christlikeness and connect with others. These activities support the first four priorities.
PRACTICE: Participate in Bible studies, classes, missions, retreats, and special events that deepen faith and strengthen community.
