  PRAYING FOR OUR FBC KIDS
Our FBC kids are the next missionaries, teachers and leaders of our world. They need your prayers! Join us by agreeing to pray for them weekly or once a month on campus. Weekly prayer needs will be emailed; once a month we will join to pray for each child by name. Email Rebecca Simcox to be a part of one or both of these. rebeccas@longviewfbc.com
  PROMOTION SUNDAY – NEXT WEEK
Next Sunday, August 20, is Promotion Sunday in the TreeHouse!!
Nursery: child must have 2nd birthday by September 1 in order to be promoted to the 2-year-old class in the TreeHouse.
Preschool: child must have birthday by September 1 in order to be promoted to the next age-level class, including Kindergarten.
Elementary: promotion goes by school grades.
We look forward to another wonderful year with your kids!

  WAKE UP WEDNESDAY
Join us for Wake Up Wednesday, a once a month time for folks age 60+ to gather for fellowship, worship, encouragement and fun. Our first meeting will be Wednesday, August 16th, from 6:30-8:00pm for a hymn-sing in the Church Offices room 201.
